DEM – Deutsche E Metalle AG is committed to providing trustworthy and clean raw materials. Our approach focuses on proactively addressing social, environmental, and human rights challenges within the scope of our activities. We work on minimizing the impact or on optimizing it for the benefit of society and environment.

Corporate sustainability begins with our value system and a principles-based approach to business. This means that we are guided in our actions by our responsibilities in the fields of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption.

As a socially responsible company, we know that good practices in one area do not compensate for damage in another. By incorporating the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact , we not only fulfill our fundamental responsibility, but also create the conditions for long-term success and partnership.

DEM shares are being listed on the stock exchange

📢 DEM – Deutsche E Metalle AG will become part of listed Commertunity AG (WKN A3DKE6 / ISIN DE000A3DKE67) – the combined entity will form a new, listed platform for critical raw materials with a focus on lithium.

The resolution will take place at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Commertunity AG on 9 June 2026 in Dresden.
