The Ten Principies of the UN Global Compact

Home » Sustainability » Our Approach » The Ten Principles of UN Global Compact

Our commitment to responsible business practices – as part of our sustainability strategy, we follow the ten principles of the UN Global Compact. These principles form the ethical framework for our business activities, particularly in the areas of human rights, labor standards, environmental protection, and anti-corruption.

Through our commitment, we actively contribute to a fairer and more sustainable global economy.

We consistently implement these principles in our day-to-day work through clear guidelines, targeted training and transparent processes. We analyze the environmental and social impacts along the entire value chain, from exploration to mining, refining, and processing.

Currently we are in the process of applying for active membership in the UN Global Compact.
